Great value for the price- well worth a stay

Reception gentleman helpful and friendly- had stayed last year so knew about the place etc. Quiet outside the school holidays and after a pride event- close to Yumbo- supermarket on site and across the road- café/restaurant on site. Pool bar was good and reasonably priced. Many bungalows- this time i was in a quiet area which was good- patio outside with table and chairs and sunbeds if needed.

Unfortunately either side of my bungalow there were two private owned bungalows and they were used by heavy smokers. I am not a smoker and found the smoke drifted into my bungalow if door was left open. (which I needed to do as there was no air com).

Great location ,, plenty of beds by pools

The pillows were not good,, Would recommend people use the map to find their bungalow,, as when we landed it was dark,,, we popped out to get some essentials,, and could not find our bungalow,, I think should be sign posts

A very quiet and pleasant complex with great facilities.

A beautiful setting and great to have a shop, pool bar and bakery all on site.

The 2 very narrow single beds on wheels pushed together to make a double bed. Not practical or comfortable.

Great value for money

Great value for money, location was great. Not luxurious but this wasn’t an issue for me.

Beds were slightly hard and “double” was just 2 twins together but wouldn’t stop be from booking again.

Improved over the years and prices still good

Great friendly staff were allways there to give advice, this is my forth time here over about 8 years and the prices have stayed the same, in previous years it was a bit tatty but they have done loads of work to tidy up the buildings amd grounds.

The lack of internet and lots of different deposits for keys and things, I had 130 euro in deposits to collect on my final day.

Cheap and cheerful

I like that it’s close to yumbo

I contacted the hotel prior to booking and asked them for a specific bungalow but they put me in a different bungalow at the back !

I have stayed at Los Arcos many times. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Lots of free parking on hand if you have a car. Most units have sizable gardens with real grass and sunbeds. You never get this freedom in a hotel setting unless you pay silly money. And four separate swimming pools. Come on what's not to like ? Los Arcos is booked ( sometimes full) for many months of the year. Logic says they must be doing something right !!!

The individual units can vary a little in quality and can be pot luck. But they offer exceptional value for money and this more than compensates for any little irritations

Excellent price and right next to Yumbo centre- would recommend a stay here

My only concern was I did not know you could hire air con units until the day before my departure and I found the bungalows very hot- Perhaps an introduction booklet in bungalow on arrival informing guests of all things available would be beneficial. Reception guys very excellent and went above to help you etc Cleaning staff very good and helpful. Near pool which was relatively quiet

No air con No English channels (even news) on television

Los Arcos , both great and muh, equally

Los Arcos Location is perfect, pools are well looked after, and security were all ideal , check in and out went smoothly. Reception were helpful if approached. Area is perfectly located for the yumbo center and bus stop to airport 5 minutes walk. Beach 15 minutes walk away

This particular property could do with an upgrade, sink area both bathroom and kitchen , wood underneath was swollen with damp wouldn't cost much to modernise the bungalow Facilities inside were very very basic, I.e no cleaning impliments, brush, mop, dish scrubber , washing up liquid etc, nothing. Tv had no remote control , you had to hire one from reception! All channels were Spanish only anyway so pointless. One particular gate was a nightmare to open with the key ( and there are a lot of gates!) So we had to find a different route to get home through the complex. WiFi, an iron, TV remote etc is normally a given nowadays but here it was charged for. Would go again but maybe rent a bungalow from a private owner with all the basic home comforts and facilities you may expect from a rental.

Great value for money

We were allowed to check in early. The bungalows are much bigger than the pics and the complex is very cute with each bungalow feeling very private

They were fixing up the bungalow opposite so the builders were drilling from 10am til the afternoon
